After discovering the transformative power of Pilates through a few initial sessions, founders Jessica and Nicole were inspired to share their newfound love with others. In 2007, they took a leap of faith and opened the doors to their very first studio in the vibrant city of Las Vegas.
From this humble beginning, Sunday Pilates has grown to encompass three additional locations, all run by a dynamic, all-female team (talk about girl power!). What began as a personal passion for Jessica and Nicole has evolved into a thriving Pilates brand, redefining the concept of a Pilates body.

Camille is a devoted Pilates instructor, certified through Balanced Body, with a wealth of experience teaching across the United States, Mexico, and Europe. She is passionate about designing classes that not only build physical strength but also promote mental clarity and well-being for her clients. With a diverse background in Pilates, yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, alongside a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, Camille offers a holistic and balanced approach to her teaching. Her love for Pilates is matched by her enthusiasm for travel, dancing, and being in spaces where people come together to move, connect, and celebrate their true selves.
Alissa is a certified DK Body Balancing Method instructor, professional dancer and movement enthusiast! She is dedicated to creating a challenging and well thought out flow that always offers modifications and adaptations to any level. Alissa focuses on applying breath to all exercises and works to push your mental and physical limits to achieve constant progress in both strength building and body awareness. In her class, you can expect a full body burn carefully choreographed for your enjoyment (and torture)!
Catie first discovered Pilates as a way to connect her mind, body, and soul, and she quickly fell in love with the practice. She saw the incredible benefits that it brought to her own life, both physically and mentally, and knew that she wanted to share those benefits with others. She has a deep love for teaching and a knack for creativity, hoping to bring an engaging and dynamic experience to all clients.
Geraldine has been teaching Pilates for 6 years and has been a practitioner of the Pilates method for over 10 years. In her classes you can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, with a variety of exercises that stem from the classical repertoire and are given a modern twist.
With over 12 years of experience, I am a dedicated Pilates instructor and Master Trainer in the Modern Pilates Method, known for my keen eye for form and my love of a good challenge. My classes are all about precision, flow, and connection—building strength, mobility, and mind-body awareness with every movement.
I believe Pilates should be both effective and enjoyable. You’ll feel the burn, refine your technique, and deepen your understanding of the method—all while having fun! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned mover, expect dynamic flows that push your limits while keeping you engaged and empowered.

Lisa is the dynamic Pilates instructor you've been looking for! With her infectious energy and passion for movement, Lisa leads challenging yet fun Pilates classes that will have you sweating and smiling. Lisa's classes are always fresh and exciting, with killer playlists to keep you motivated and moving. Whether you're a Pilates pro or brand new to the practice, Lisa's expert cueing and modifications will have you feeling strong, centered, and confident.
Diesha's background as a collegiate cheerleader, coach and competition choreographer made the transition to a Pilates Instructor a perfect match. It combines her love of helping others in a form of exercise that not only builds physical strength but mental confidence. Diesha designs her classes and privates around high energy unique flows, upbeat music and challenging props. She focuses on training proper form and alignment to ensure your muscles get toned, your mind stays strong, all while having lots of fun!
Tina received her Master’s degree in physical therapy in 2000 and havs worked in several states in various types of rehab settings. She transitioned to Pilates-based physical therapy in 2010. Tina has extensive training in neurological conditions, as well as breast cancer recovery.Her classes focus on injury prevention and exercise modification, along with a lot of humor and fun, and always a different workout each time.
Victoria is a dynamic Pilates instructor who loves to challenge her students to feel the burn and work every muscle in every class. Her sessions are a perfect blend of fun, creativity, and intensity, designed to keep you engaged while pushing your limits. With a strong emphasis on perfect form and technique, Victoria ensures that each movement is purposeful, helping you get stronger and more confident with every class. Her expertly curated playlists are choreographed to her teaching, keeping you motivated and fully focused on your Pilates form throughout the workout. Expect a class that’s both challenging and rewarding, leaving you feeling empowered and accomplished.
Emma brings an energetic and fun vibe to every Pilates class, making sure you’re shaking, smiling, and loving every minute of the workout. Her teaching style is both encouraging and motivating, creating a supportive environment where you can push your limits while perfecting your technique. With a strong focus on engaging your mind and core, Emma ensures every movement is intentional, helping you build strength, stability, and confidence. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, her classes will leave you feeling energized, empowered, and ready for the next challenge.
Originally from Charlotte, NC, Madison was a dedicated runner, competing in track and field throughout her school years. After relocating to Las Vegas, she discovered Pilates and was instantly hooked after just one class. She committed herself to regular practice for the next two years, experiencing remarkable changes not only in her body but in her overall well-being. Inspired by her transformation, Madison completed her 450-hour comprehensive Pilates training and has been teaching for over a year. In her classes, expect an energetic, full-body workout set to an upbeat playlist featuring Sabrina Carpenter, Taylor Swift, and Beyoncé, all while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.
Courtney is a certified Pilates instructor and Reiki Master with a unique approach that blends intentional Pilates techniques with energy healing. Her classes are designed to uplift the spirit and align the mind-body connection, creating a transformative experience for every participant. With a focus on mindfulness and precision, Courtney guides clients to not only build strength and flexibility but also to tap into a deeper sense of well-being. Each session is an exciting journey to the next level, leaving clients feeling energized, centered, and more connected to themselves.
Roxanne brings over two decades of experience in the fitness industry. Her teaching style is both inspiring and grounded in the scientific principles of physical movement and progression. Outside the studio, Roxanne is an avid traveler, often found hiking and exploring the world or experimenting with various fitness classes.
Heather was introduced to Pilates through Ballet and instantly fell in love with it! She was certified in 2012 through DK Body Balancing and in 2019 earned her Pilates Method Alliance certification. Heather started teaching in Las Vegas in 2016 and her favorite part about teaching is coming up with creative new classes that challenge her clients.
Rickie fell in love with Pilates during her first class at the original Sunset location back in 2022! Not only did she love it for its low-impact style but also the seamless flows. She appreciated the effort that teachers put into creating their classes because it reminded her of her previous dance and cheer background—just like it was choreography! She went through her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training in Las Vegas. Her reasoning for becoming a Pilates instructor is that she wants to help people feel their best and fall in love with Pilates just as much as her.
Jackie has been teaching pilates for a little over 5 years. Trained by the owner of Core Jessica in the Balanced Body University Comprehensive Education. Jackie takes pride in cultivating an experience, by making sure everyone feel’s welcomed and invited into the core culture. She thrives on keeping her flows new and challenging to ensure you get a great workout and have lots of fun while doing it. Whether you are just getting started or you’re seasoned at pilates give Jackie’s classes a try and you won’t be disappointed.
Erica is a seasoned Pilates instructor with over a decade of personal practice and more than a year of teaching experience. She brings her vibrant personality into every class, creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere. Erica's classes are designed to help you become stronger both mentally and physically. She works closely with our Sunday family to craft classes that cater to both beginners and experienced Pilates clients. Erica’s passion for Pilates and her joyful energy make her a delight to be around!
Ashley discovered Pilates in 2018 and quickly fell in love with its transformative power. With seven years of personal practice, Ashley now shares this passion through teaching, guiding others to deepen their mind-body connection. For Ashley, the most rewarding part of being an instructor is witnessing students gain strength and awareness while fostering focus and concentration through each movement. Ashley enjoys crafting classes that challenge the body and mind, offering a holistic approach to fitness that encourages growth both physically and mentally.
Nicole Boland is an experienced Pilates and Yoga instructor who has been teaching since 2013. With a deep passion for both practices, she focuses on the power of breath to control movement and create a mindful, effective workout. Nicole’s teaching style blends strength, flexibility, and balance, helping students build a strong mind-body connection. With her 500-hour Pilates certification and 200-hour RYT (Yoga) training, she is committed to guiding her students with precision and care, ensuring they perfect their technique and achieve lasting results. Her classes are uplifting, empowering, and designed to leave you feeling stronger, centered, and inspired after each session.
Phillip is an inspiring instructor known for his distinctive approach to both Reformer and Cadillac Pilates. His warm and welcoming demeanor keeps you motivated throughout his classes, leaving you feeling calm, invigorated, and prepared to tackle your day with renewed energy.
Angela is originally from Malibu, CA and was a professional ballet dancer for over 15 years. She danced with both Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, WA and Carolina Ballet in Raleigh, NC. She moved to Las Vegas in 2006 to dance in the show “Jubilee!” at Bally’s Hotel. After leaving Jubilee, Angela taught Ballet and Barre Fitness. Angela has always practiced Pilates throughout her dancing career but decided to become a certified Pilates instructor using the Pilates Sports Center training program. Angela has twin boys that keep her on her toes and she truly believes that Pilates is one of the most beneficial mind and body workouts that anyone and EVERYONE can do for a lifetime!
Kim's passion for Pilates began during her long-standing membership with Sunday Pilates. She excels at crafting dynamic flows tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. Her classes are thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of challenge and enjoyment!
