FAQs

  • The best place to start is with our complimentary 30-minute New Client Demo classes that show you the ropes to the Pilates Reformer and other equipment. You’ll get a taste of the workout, a studio tour, and learn all the Pilates sayings in this class.

  • We recommend wearing Pilates and/or Yoga clothing that you can move, bend, and sweat in! Wearing leggings, tees, and tanks allows us to see your form better and correct it easier. Grip socks are required and for sale at the studio, but you are more than welcome to rock your own pair!

  • If you have been doing Pilates before pregnancy you are fine to continue your workouts with approval from your doctor. We have Pilates wedges to keep you safe throughout your pregnancy. We suggest avoiding our advanced level classes or switching to Private sessions where we specialize in Pilates for Pregnancy.

  • All auto-pay memberships require a three-month commitment and can be canceled anytime after that, no notice is required! Membership fees are due on the same date every month. The introductory month does not count towards the three-month commitment.

You can also freeze your membership in one-month increments, up to six months max. A freeze request must be emailed 14 days before your next billing date.

Memberships activate on the date of your first booking, not on the date of purchase.

  • This depends on how many times a week you visit and how consistent you are. 2-4 times a week will give you the best results! Like Joe Pilates says, “In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference, and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body.”

  • Cubbies are provided at our studios. Please keep an eye on all of your valuables as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Each studio has a ‘lost and found’ at the front desk so be sure to check there if you left something behind! Our studios do not have showers.

  • By attending our studios and participating in our Pilates classes, you will be performing physical activity and exercise which has an inherent risk of personal injury. Participating in our classes is done at your own risk. You must inform us and our instructors if you have any injury, illness, discomfort, or are pregnant before participating in any class.
