What To Expect

Arrive Early & Check In
Make sure to get to the studio 10 minutes prior to your first class and sign in next to your name on the Ipads at the front desk. We will have you fill out a one page waiver and get you familiar with the studio. If you need a little more love before heading into a group class, make sure to book a one on one session for a more in depth overview of the Pilates Equipment.

Grip Socks Required
We are all about your safety and hygiene. Grip socks are required at all studio locations. Shoes should be removed when you enter and stored in your cubby. Grip socks can be purchased at all studio locations. Grip socks help you better your Pilates practice while keeping you safe and comfy!

Where To Begin
If you’re new to Pilates or just new to working out, then our 101 classes are the best place to learn the foundation of the Pilates Method. These classes are taught at a slower pace while you learn the beginner exercises that get you familiar and comfortable with the Pilates Reformer & Cadillac.
Book Some Solo Time.
Prefer to try Pilates without being in a group setting first? Then booking one of our 30 minute or 60 minute private sessions is the perfect place to start. We will show you the ropes to all of the Pilates equipment in this session, burn and shake those muscles, and learn all the Pilates sayings in this session. We have over 50+ Instructors to guide you to becoming a Pilates Pro in no time and finding your perfect Pilates class and style doesn’t hurt too. You can request a 30 or 60 minute private session below.
