Heather
Heather was introduced to Pilates through Ballet and instantly fell in love with it! She was certified in 2012 through DK Body Balancing and in 2019 earned her Pilates Method Alliance certification. Heather started teaching in Las Vegas in 2016 and her favorite part about teaching is coming up with creative new classes that challenge her clients.

Geraldine has been teaching Pilates for 6 years and has been a practitioner of the Pilates method for over 10 years. In her classes you can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, with a variety of exercises that stem from the classical repertoire and are given a modern twist.

Melissa has been teaching Pilates for 9 years. She enjoys teaching a challenging and upbeat class with an athletic base. Her flows are creative and her variations are great for beginners as well as experienced clients. Melissa's classes are taught in a progression style allowing you to make the class as easy or as challenging as you want!

Jackie has been teaching pilates for a little over 5 years. Trained by the owner of Core Jessica in the Balanced Body University Comprehensive Education. Jackie takes pride in cultivating an experience, by making sure everyone feel’s welcomed and invited into the core culture. She thrives on keeping her flows new and challenging to ensure you get a great workout and have lots of fun while doing it. Whether you are just getting started or you’re seasoned at pilates give Jackie’s classes a try and you won’t be disappointed.

Holly
Holly has been in the fitness industry for 16 years, specializing in Pilates, Personal Training & the GYROTONIC method. Personal training began during her collage years, finding her passion in fitness. In 2005 she began reformer Pilates to rehabilitate a spinal injury that took her away from her passion of dance. She was certified through BASI Pilates in 2008 to add to her personal training clients, as she saw a need for so many clients struggling through pain & limited mobility. After giving birth to her two daughters, she decided to add the GYROTONIC method to her teaching. This method is a great addition to the Pilates work due to the emphasis on increasing range of motion while gaining strength.

Courtney guides intentional techniques being certified in pilates and as a reiki master. Her classes uplift the spirt and energetically align the mind-body connection to experience an exciting new next level every time!

Roxanne has been teaching Pilates and Strength Training classes for over 15 years. Her classes are challenging, results driven, and full of energy. She also holds a nutrition degree and travels almost every weekend on her spare time.

Jessica, or JVB, is trained in pilates through the Balance Body program and has been teaching classes since 2018. Her classes are fun, challenging, and dynamic. She’s always ready with a modification and is always happy to welcome you to both pilates and her class!

Crystal is a freshly certified pilates instructor with a background in yoga and weight training. She will encourage your mind and body to reach new limits in each class. Come prepared to grow physically and mentally in a light-hearted and fun environment!
